GENERAL CONDITIONS OF DONATION

Purpose of collecting donations

 

All donations are intended to finance the actions of the association, whose aim is to support sporting challenges carried out for the benefit of environmental causes, and to accompany sportsmen and women in the realization of their project.

 

Donations are irrevocable :

All donations made to the Objectif Environnement association as part of this fundraising campaign are final, unconditional and irrevocable. No reimbursement, cancellation or refund, whether total or partial, may be demanded by the Donor, whatever the circumstances. By making a donation, the Donor expressly and unconditionally waives any recourse against the Association concerning the use of the funds for the purpose defined above.

 

The allocation of funds is decided exclusively by the Association's Board, which alone is empowered to determine their use in accordance with the Association's objectives.

 

By making a donation, the Donor acknowledges having read the present General Donation Conditions and accepts them unreservedly.
